My experience with Dr. Serhan Derin and his whole team was amazing from start to finish. I’m so pleased with my results and the care I received. I’m so happy I chose Dr Serhan, he is the best at what he does. I was lucky enough to have no pain, bruising or swelling whatsoever after my septorhinoplasty so was able to explore the beautiful city of Istanbul in the days after. It was such an easy experience as the team arranged the hotel and all the transfers from airport to hotel and hotel to clinic and back again, and also provide a translator. Doku medical is stunning and spotlessly clean with comfortable rooms for yourself and your companion.

With any surgery it is very scary to put your life in someones hands. However, from the moment I discovered Dr Serhan Derin I felt comfortable with my decision to go ahead and get a rhinoplasty. I spoke with a medical coordinator called Elif and she answered all my questions and consistently checked up on me. I reached out in July and my surgery was In March the following year. To have someone answer all your questions during that huge time gap was so relieving.

From the moment I arrived in Istanbul the service was 10/10. From the hotel, to the transfers to the care at the hospital! The staff were so attentive and friendly. The clinic itself is absolutely beautiful and the nurses were so caring. John the translator was also lovely and made me feel at ease. it was very easy talking to him, it felt like talking to a friend. Dr Serhan Derin himself was lovely and listened attentively to how I wanted my nose. I showed him pictures and he actually suggested a certain nose would look better on me because of the shape of my forehead and chin. This made me feel at ease as he was also thinking about the proportions in my face. He also discussed removing some muscles away so when I smile my tip doesn't droop and nostrils don't flare, I had no clue this could be done! But most importantly he fixed my breathing which has made my life so much easier.

My nose had been one of the biggest insecurities in my life and now that is no more!! I am 2 weeks post-op and could not be happier with my results. It can be scary going ahead with a surgery but Dr Serhan Derin & Doku Medical are so professional and attentive. Thank you again, you've made me a very happy man.

Had surgery yesterday at Doku Medical clinic with Dr Serhan Derin. Hospital was brilliant, rooms are spacious and modern with great facilities. All staff were very kind and helpful. John was my translator and ensured everything went smoothly and I understood what was happening. Dr Serhan is a brilliant surgeon and I am very happy with the pictures I have seen so far. Recovery is going well so far and I am looking forward to going back on Thursday to have the cast etc removed.

I had surgery on October 24th, and before choosing Dr. Serhan, I reached out to friends from Istanbul for recommendations on the best surgeon. My procedure wasn’t only for appearance; I also had issues with breathing on my right side, so finding a highly skilled doctor was essential. If you're looking for a doctor who truly knows his work, Dr. Serhan is absolutely the right choice. He is a highly skilled specialist who listens carefully and takes all your wishes for your nose into account. I couldn't be happier with the results; my nose looks very natural, which was incredibly important to me. The staff was also wonderful. Post-op consultant Bahar was incredibly kind and helpful, assisting me with anything I needed. I could always reach out to Bahar, Selen, or the medical staff at the hotel for anything I needed, which made the entire process much easier. The clinic was spotless and professionally managed.
