This is my second trip to Turkey, we were first referred to Doku Clinic by a friend for a hair transplant for my husband. We had such a wonderful experience the first time for his hair transplant, I decided on having a mastopexy with Doku Clinic. They make it so easy to ask questions and obtain information about any procedure. I started working with Siban who was amazing! He helped me from the start! I started with so many questions and he answered everything immediately and was so kind! The fast response, knowledge and amazing customer service made me feel comfortable when choosing Doku Clinic. Siban made the process so easy! The results by Dr. Engin Ocal are incredible! Highly recommend!

Let me tell you this is the best clinic we have been to (and I've travelled a lot). Their coordinator Siban arranged everything in such a warm and proffessional manner. He made sure our every need was met and I was assured of every detail and felt amazing. I believe the 'vibe' and mood is super important when it comes to any kind of procedures when there's stress and pain involved. The good mood and proffessionalism made me trust the result and feel better straight away. Then the clinic itself is super high end, full of modern art (like a gallery), like a 5* hotel. Türkiye was my first real international experience other than going to Canada. I chose this clinic and my doctor (Dr. Engin Ocal) due to exceptional reviews of care and results. I had the upmost pleasure to work with Siban who was an excellent communicator and helped ease me through what can feel like an overwhelming process. He answered all my questions, gave simple explanations, and just a friendly point of contact at all times checking in on me. Due to his attentive care in the matter of all things to due with my surgery, I felt confident choosing this clinic and surgeon to do the operation. Dr. Engin Ocal himself performed rhinoplasty and fixed one of my deviated septum’s. I chose him specifically due to the results of his work and most importantly, integrity. The 3D imaging was just a bonus tool helping you to understand the process. The scan helps to personalize and physically show to you on what can be achieved with your nose structure. Overall the surgery was considered a success and now I just have to be patient with the healing process. Will update with another review when my nose has fully healed and I can show the final look.

I had surgery at Doku Clinic on May 16, 2025, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From day one, Siban Hamo, my medical advisor, was absolutely incredible. He guided me through everything, always available, patient, and genuinely caring. He made me feel safe and supported at every step – before, during, and after the procedure. He truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much, Siban! My doctor, Dr. Engin Öcal, was also amazing – professional, kind, and highly skilled. The consultation was detailed, the surgery went perfectly, and I felt completely at ease in his hands. I’m beyond happy with the results. The clinic staff, especially the nurses, were so sweet and attentive. They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and cared for. The service at the hospital was exceptional, and even the food was much better than I expected. The hotel accommodation was also excellent – clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly, and the meals were delicious. Everything – from airport pickup, hotel stay, medical care, staff, and follow-up – was perfectly organized. I had an amazing experience with Doku Clinic! From the initial contact with Siban, he was friendly, extremely quick to respond and always happy to help with any questions I had. Everything was booked in and ready and then I got sick! I was two days from flying out when I had to let them know I couldn’t go through with the surgery. Instead of being annoyed with me, Siban was so gracious and supportive. He quickly helped find a new time and I only had to wait another 3 weeks. He always wished me well and was so thoughtful. The initial simulation from Dr Engin Ocal was pretty much exactly what I wanted. He took a very natural approach, which is what I wanted, rather than the “pixie” noses you see everywhere at the moment. I then flew to Turkey, the instructions on how to find the driver were very clear and I was then taken, by private car, to my hotel; all organised by Doku. The hotel was clean and all the staff were extremely friendly. The next day I had my consultation and I met Siban, who then introduced me to Nisa. Nisa then accompanied me through the whole process at the clinic. She was so friendly as well! She explained everything really well and kept me informed throughout the whole process. She even went and collected my medication for me after my surgery as I went alone. I then met Dr Engin Ocal, he was very relaxed and easy to talk to. He walked me through the process and showed me the simulation of my nose, and designed it to best suit my face and to make sure my breathing wasn’t affected at all. The surgery went very smoothly the next day, and the room I stayed in for the night was exceptional. All the nurses were very kind as well and took great care looking after me through the night. Everywhere I turned, I was greeted with a friendly face and someone who was more than happy to help! I had such an incredible experience and cannot recommend Doku Clinic, Siban, Nisa and Dr Engin Ocal enough!! I love my nose, there is still a lot of swelling but I’m so happy with it already. Highly recommend!!
